Age Limit

Compensation Packages
The salary for each position and grade differs. The compensation for each role is as follows:
– Young Professional: ₹ 70,000/- per month
– Consultant Grade I: ₹ 80,000 – 1,45,000/- per month
– Consultant Grade II: ₹ 1,45,000 – 2,65,000/- per month
– Senior Consultant: ₹ 2,65,000 – 3,30,000/- per month
Eligibility Criteria
The educational qualifications and experience required for the positions are as follows:
1. Consultant (IC Code – 01):
– Education: Full-time MBA in Finance or PGDM in Finance, CFA, CA, or CMA.
– Experience: Relevant post-qualification experience.
2. Consultant (IC Code – 02):
– Education: CA/CWA/MBA (Finance), PGDBM (Finance), PGDBA (Finance), MMS (Finance), or MFC.
– Experience: Relevant post-qualification experience.
3. Consultant (IC Code – 03):
– Education: B.E., B.Tech, B.Arch, or Planning.
– Experience: At least 8 years (Grade II) or 15 years (Grade III) of post-qualification experience.
4. Consultant (IC Code – 04):
– Education: Postgraduate degree or PG Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, or Public Relations.
– Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
